BCI Wealth Management LLC (BCI ) is partnered with the contractual provider for instruments out of HSBC London, Barclays London, JPMC London, and Credit Suisse.

The procedures are as follows:

The client can pay with either a BPU, Escrow, or a settlement account at the issuing bank.

BPU:

• Client submits CIS for Due Diligence (DD)
• The contractual partner issues contract for review and signature
• Once both parties have signed the contract, deposit is made, and parties fill out and sign an addendum with bank information
• Client deposits a performance guarantee deposit of $400,000.00 with the attorney. The funds are refundable in a successful transaction or if provider does not perform, but funds are lost if the client cancels the transaction mid process, or if they fail to pay for the instrument
• The attorney at law completes DD on Client account
• The file is submitted to bank for processing
• Provider issues MT799 Pre-Advice
• Client issues MT799 BPU
• Provider issues MT760

Escrow:

• Client submits CIS for Due Diligence (DD)
• The attorney at law issues contract for review and signature
• Once both parties have signed the contract, parties fill out and sign an addendum with bank information and make purchase price deposit
• Client deposits purchase amount with the attorney
• The file is submitted to bank for processing
• Provider issues MT799 Pre-Advice
• Client issues MT799 RWA
• Provider issues MT760

Settlement Account:

• Client submits CIS for Due Diligence (DD)
• The attorney at law issues contract for review and signature
• Once both parties have signed the contract, parties fill out and sign an addendum with bank information and make purchase price deposit
• Client deposits purchase amount in a settlement account at the same bank as the issuing bank. Account can be a joint
account with provider, an account solely in the name of the client or an account controlled by a third party
• The file is submitted to bank for processing
• Provider issues MT799 Pre-Advice
• Client causes purchase price to be transferred ledger to ledger to provider’s account
• Provider issues MT760
